Our weekday order cutoff time is 4:40pm EST. In order to have a gift delivered the following day, your order must be submitted before the cutoff time. Orders received after 4:40pm EST Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day.
To cancel your order, correct the address or make any alteration to the occasion or greeting card, please contact with us. Alteration requests must be received no later than 12pm Eastern Time (11:00 am EST Personalized/Theme cakes) on the date of shipment (i.e., before the gift physically ships out). Once an order has shipped or the cut off time has passed, the order may not be cancelled or altered. Once the alteration has been made to an order you will receive an updated order confirmation. Emailed requests will receive an emailed confirmation of the change.
No problem. Please contact our Customer Care Team by phone or email, regarding the missed discount. As long as your order has not yet shipped, we'll be happy to apply the promo code to your order.
No. Bake Me A Wish's policy does not allow for two or more discounts to be combined.
Sadly, we are unable to offer AM delivery service as UPS has suspended their service guarantee due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the increase in UPS deliveries. Your gift is guaranteed to be delivered before the end of the day (which can be as late as 8pm) on your requested delivery date. Due to these changes, we do advise that you select the day before an event or occasion for your selected delivery date.

Yes. Saturday delivery upgrade (where available) is an additional $5.00 to $10.00. If you would like to add the Saturday delivery upgrade to your order, please call our Customer Care line at 888-987-9474 and press the number 3. Please contact us no later than 4:00 pm EST if you would like to add the service. We do not hold your credit card information on file, so we would have to retrieve the information if you chose to upgrade our delivery service.
Yes. All our gifts include a greeting card reflecting the occasion of your gift. 250 characters of well-wishing can be entered on the card.
YES! We have a special selection of popular cake flavors that can include the name of the recipient on your gift cake!
If your recipient has not been able to locate their gift at the location stated by UPS delivery notification email, please notify us by calling our customer care team and a representative will contact you shortly thereafter to resolve the matter. "

Most colleges/universities have their own protocol for addressing and receiving packages. We highly recommend contacting the place to which you wish to send the gift and find out information regarding their on-site mail process to ensure delivery to your student. Simply tell them you're trying to send a perishable gift to someone there via UPS, and they will be able to tell you the exact address to which the package must be sent. Most educational institutions will not give the UPS driver access to their grounds/facilities to search out a recipient directly for the safety of the students and staff, so the package must be received by a central location (college/dorm mail center, front desk/reception, shipping dock, etc.). Once received, the mailing center shall either deliver the package to your recipient or alert him/her of its arrival for pick-up. **Additionally, many educational institutions can only receive deliveries Monday through Friday, and do not allow for Saturday deliveries. Given the perishable nature of our products, it is always best to find out as much information as possible before ordering to ensure your gift is received in a timely manner (i.e., how to fill out the UPS shipping label properly, where specifically the package will be delivered to, who will sign for it, etc.).
Our gifts are Kosher, but while we never want to exclude anyone from experiencing our delicious gourmet baked goods, we do not currently offer specialty products such as those listed as- Halal, Vegan, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free or Completely Nut Free (we have trace warnings on all of our products).
All orders must be completed by 4:40 EST to be processed that day and be eligible for next day delivery. Please know that we are unable to make any exceptions to this shipping cutoff time. Our packages are picked up at our shipping facility at the latest time possible so that we may offer such a quick turnaround time for our customers special occasions.
